I had a wonderful stay at this resort with my family. The staff were very supportive and humble, and they catered to our every need. The food was very good and they customized it according to our preferences. The rooms were clean, spacious, and hygienic, and they had all the amenities we needed. The kids play area was also good and kept our children entertained. The only suggestion I have is to have temperature controlled water in the swimming pool, as it was too cold for us to enjoy. Other than that, everything was perfect and we would love to visit again.

The property location is extremely beautiful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool water was very clean and neat. Food service and other sorts of every service provided by Ali was exceptional and marvelous. He's very helpful and genuine service guy. Whole property team is supportive when it comes to customer's request. Thank you!

We stayed for 2 nights and the experience was excellent. The service was uncomfortable. The staff is very cordial and helpful. The location is very scenic. It's very close to Pune and the road is superb. We were 2 senior citizen family. The room service was provided for everything by a waiter "Ali". We are thoroughly impressed by his service.

The stay here was very good. I came here along with my family and the place is really good. Spacious rooms, good service and great food. Lush green, quiet surroundings just makes the stay relaxing. Worth a visit if you are looking to get away from the city for a day or two.

Had a great experience here. Stayed at Premium Pool Villa. It was very peaceful stay. Staff here is very cooperative. The food is also good specially the tandoor selection. Would recommend Superior Cottages as well as the view was nice from these rooms. Overall a nice option if you are looking for a one day outing.

Loved the cottage at the resort – so peaceful and comfy! Surrounded by beautiful nature, the staff was super nice, making our stay extra special. A perfect getaway for a relaxing and happy time.

We had 2 days stay in Bougainvillea Resort. Pool villa was really fantastic. Rooms are spacious and has ample of privacy. Food was really great. Service was also great. I would like to special mention to Ali, Suraj, Papan and other staff members who made our stay special. The only con I felt was about the non availability of hot water for bath. They should have alternate arrangement for hot water. Also I would like to suggest 1 thing, It would be really great if you guys can convert those private pools to those heated water pools. Thank you very much such a lovely stay..
